A very old French variety that has blue green leaves that turn purplish in cold weather. Very attractive foliage. Great for short season areas and for overwintering. Beautiful and tasty!
Developed in 1834 in Scotland and named after a coastal town with many market gardens. Very large leeks with excellent flavor. One of the best!
